Privacy Policy

ReplyPet helps turn rough thoughts into clear, natural replies. We minimize data collection and do not store the message text you submit or the generated reply by default.
1. Information we collect
- Account information: Firebase user ID, Google account email, and display name when you sign in.
- Settings: selected pet, language, tone, length, emoji preference, custom directions, and enabled assistant features.
- Subscription information: plan, entitlement status, product ID, purchase-token hash, renewal period, and monthly usage. Google Play processes the payment details.
- Request metadata: date and time, selected style, language, app context when supplied, input/output character counts, model, result status, and latency. This metadata does not contain your submitted message or generated reply.
- Technical information: limited security, error, and service diagnostics needed to operate and protect ReplyPet.
2. How message rewriting works
When you explicitly request a rewrite, ReplyPet sends the text you entered or the focused editable text you selected to our backend and Microsoft Azure OpenAI to generate suggestions. The text is processed to fulfill that request. ReplyPet does not store submitted message text or generated suggestions in its application database by default.
3. Accessibility and overlay permissions
The optional Android Accessibility service detects text in the editable field that you are actively using and can replace it only after you choose a replacement. It is not used to read password fields, perform autonomous clicks, or send messages. Sensitive fields and selected sensitive apps are excluded. "Display over other apps" is used only to show the user-controlled floating pet and rewrite controls. Both features can be disabled in Android settings.
4. How we use information
- Authenticate your account and synchronize your preferences.
- Generate the rewrite you request.
- Enforce plan limits and verify Google Play entitlements.
- Maintain security, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, and improve reliability.
- Meet legal, accounting, and payment obligations.
5. Service providers
We use Google Firebase Authentication for sign-in, Google Play for subscriptions and purchase verification, and Microsoft Azure App Service, Cosmos DB, and Azure OpenAI for backend hosting, persistent account data, and AI processing. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy commitments. We do not sell personal data or message content, and ReplyPet does not use submitted text for advertising.
6. Data retention
Account, settings, usage, and active subscription records are retained while your account is active. Payment and entitlement records may be kept as required for fraud prevention, accounting, tax, and legal compliance. Operational metadata is retained only as reasonably necessary for security and service reliability. Submitted message text and generated replies are not retained in the ReplyPet application database by default.
7. Security
ReplyPet uses HTTPS, authenticated API requests, server-side entitlement verification, restricted production credentials, and access controls. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we work to reduce collection and protect the information we hold.
8. Your choices and deletion
You can disable the floating pet, auto-suggest, Accessibility access, and overlay access at any time. To request deletion of your ReplyPet account and associated cloud data, follow the account deletion instructions or email dulawat19@gmail.com. We may retain records that the law requires us to keep.
9. Age requirement
ReplyPet is intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
10. International processing
Your information may be processed in countries other than where you live. We use service providers and safeguards appropriate to the services described in this policy.
11. Changes and contact
