What we delete
After verifying the request, we delete the ReplyPet user profile, preferences, usage records, and unlinkable operational records where feasible. Submitted message text and generated replies are not stored in our application database by default.
What may be retained
Payment, fraud-prevention, tax, accounting, dispute, and legal records may be retained where required. Deleting ReplyPet data does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription; subscriptions can be managed in Google Play.
Timing
We will acknowledge the request and complete eligible deletion within 30 days, unless additional time or retention is legally required.
